[MEMO] How to install nrfutil for the nRF52 platform

1. Download and install python 2.7.15.

• x64 version
• x86 version

2. Open cmd.
3. Go to C:\Python27\Scripts\
4. Type command in console.
    pip install nrfutil==3.4.0

5. Done.
